SEMINAR: Cycling for Fitness
This seminar will explore the wide range of physical fitness that results from biking.
It will propose various biking and workout plans for specific areas of focus and will better prepare you for fitness via bicycling.
In addition, we will introduce professional trainers from Cycle Fitness to describe and review a couple training plans.
Time: Saturdays 6-7 pm
Cost: 5$ per person per session (kids under 10 get in free)
